Burmese portraits

The openness and friendliness of the Burmese people allowed me to practice something I usually seldom do: portraits. So during our three-day trek from Kalaw to Inle Lake, going up and down hills, between rice terraces and vegetable fields, passing through remote villages and sleeping in a monastery, I tried to capture the diversity of the people we met on the way.

So you usually seldom do it, but nevertheless… You do it absolutely masterly!!!
(Whenever I think: “These pics are unbeatable…” you shortly after manage to top yourself.)
    Keep it up! =)

Thanks a lot Flür! It’s a lot of work — but I like it; I try to convey the beauty of the world we live in. I hope it gives you a good impression of our experiences! And I’ll keep doing my best =)
